The organic berries are picked sun-ripened, processed freshly harvested and conserved thanks to deep-freezing and without any additives. Aroma, taste and ingredients are optimally preserved. It could not be fresher.

With the addition of juices, milk or other fruit Acai pulp can be used to quickly and easily mix fresh, healthy premium smoothies and extravagant fruit drinks.

Preparation:

Cut Juice Pads with a sharp knife, put content in blender with Milk, yoghurt or other juices (especially delicious with mango) to make fresh, healthy fruit drinks, smoothies, sherbets or shakes.

* Açaí are globally categorized in three quality levels, which are based on the dry matter (since Açaí is very "dry" by nature water must be added for the production of fruit pulp):

• "Açaí fino": low-medium dry matter
• "Açaí medio": medium-high dry matter
• "Açaí grosso": very high dry matter (for industrial production only)
