The plant belongs to the evening primrose family (Oenotheraceae, Onagraceae) and contains high levels of flavonoids (myricetin), sterols, triterpenic acids, tannins.
Application:
Per cup, pour 2 teaspoons of small-flowered willowherb with 150 ml of boiling water and steep covered for 10 min, strain and drink 3 to 4 times a day. Sweeten with erythritol or even better probiotic with yacon syrup.
