Vitamin Pure D3, 50000 IU, 100 vegetarian capsules.

These high-dose vitamin D tablets are ideal for vitamin D deficiency.

Vitamin D supports the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, cellular function and proper functioning of the immune and nervous systems.

What is Vitamin D?
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in only a few food sources. Its functions in the body are broad, the most important being bone health and supporting immune function.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is the same form of vitamin D that the body produces when the skin is exposed to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. Vitamin D3 can be more than three times as effective at increasing vitamin D concentrations in the bloodstream as the sun and can maintain this effect for longer periods of time.

Important: have your vitamin D3 level measured in your blood before you start taking it. This is important so you know if taking a high or higher dose of vitamin D3 is really necessary.

In what cases do you take the high dose of 50000 IU?
* if you want to take vitamin D only once a month, which is the equivalent of about 1,600 IU per day
* if your vitamin D level is below 60 ng/ml and you want to replenish the stores quickly. Be sure to have your blood vitamin D3 level checked again after 2 to 3 months!

Please consult a medical person you trust for advice
Once your level is between 60 to 80 ng/ml, taking a maximum of 3000 IU of vitamin D3 per day is sufficient for healthy adults. Please be mindful with this high dose supplement to avoid side effects.

When you purchase Vitamin D3 50,000 IU,
you automatically agree to have read and understood all of the following:
1. always have your 25(OH) vitamin D3 level measured in your blood before you start taking it.
2. do not take more than 1 capsule MONTHLY. If you wish to take a higher dosage, discuss this in advance with your trusted healthcare professional who has experience with vitamin D therapy.
3. have your vitamin D3 level checked regularly: every 3 months.
4. The higher your vitamin D level is, as well as the vitamin D3 dosage you are taking, the more frequently you should have the 25(OH) vitamin D3 level tested. This level should not exceed 80 ng/ml.
By taking this product, you assume the full risk of any side effects that may be caused by an excessive 25(OH) vitamin D3 level in your blood and release Us as a trading company from any responsibility.
Store Vitamin D3 50,000 IU out of the reach of children. You assume sole responsibility if any child is harmed.

Taking Vitamin D and Vitamin K2
For long-term use, taking vitamin D in combination with vitamin K2 is ideal for maintaining both vitamin D levels and vitamin K2 levels in the optimal healthy range. This is why most of our clients take both products.

Those who regularly take vitamin D as a dietary supplement should take an additional 200 mcg of vitamin K2 daily if their vitamin D intake is low (less than 5,000-10,000 IU of vitamin D) and an additional 400 mcg of vitamin K2 daily if their intake is 10,000 IU of vitamin D or more to ensure that the calcium absorbed through vitamin D is not deposited in the arteries.

- NO Magnesium Stearate
- Non-synthetic: 100% natural form of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)

Winter immunity, resilience against infections.
Until now, vitamin D was considered primarily a bone strengthener. According to a study by Oxford University, our gene receptors all over the body need adequate amounts of vitamin D to function normally. Therefore, if we are deficient in vitamin D, serious diseases can result.

Why do we have a vitamin D deficiency?
Due to our modern lifestyle, our bodies get minimal sun exposure most of the year. People who have indoor jobs and cover their skin with clothing on the way to and from work don't get enough vitamin D, even during the summer months. Computers and televisions have turned people into couch potatoes.
In addition, for decades we have been told by constant scare tactics that we should avoid the sun. Even a sun protection factor of 8 blocks the formation of vitamin D in the skin by 95%.
Insufficient intake through food
Vitamin D is found mainly in fatty fish, cod liver oil, offal and in small amounts in milk, eggs, butter. However, the consumption of milk, eggs or butter, which is most commonly eaten in our latitudes, is too low.

The multiple functions of vitamin D
The effects of a vitamin D deficiency can be seen clearly in what vitamin D is responsible for in our body:
- contributes to a normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus
- contributes to a normal calcium level in the blood
- contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth
- contributes to normal muscle function
- contributes to a normal function of the immune system
- has a function in cell division
- helps protect cells from oxidative stress

The recommended amount is much too low!

The DGE (German Nutrition Society) recommends a dietary intake of 200 IU for adults and 400 IU for children and seniors over the age of 65 to prevent vitamin D deficiency. This dosage was chosen because it can be used to prevent rickets and softening of the bones (the two most obvious symptoms of vitamin D deficiency).
However, this recommendation is now considered outdated, as the vitamin D3 requirement for optimal health is much higher. The daily dose now recommended by vitamin D experts for disease prevention ranges from 1,000 to 5,000 IU per day for healthy adults. Therapeutic doses are even higher. However, these should only be taken under medical supervision and monitored by blood tests.

The sunshine vitamin we can't get enough of. If you are in the sun for less than 20 minutes a day, you need it.

  • It creates optimal conditions for bone formation.
  • It helps the smooth functioning of the immune and nervous systems.
  • It promotes the absorption of calcium in the digestive tract
  • In pregnancy it supports skeletal development of the fetus and tooth enamel formation.
  • It maintains the healthy level of phosphorus in the body

Our vitamin D3 is identical to the type the body develops when the skin is exposed to UV sunlight, so it is an ideal way to absorb vitamin D, since few foods contain vitamin D in sufficient amounts.
