Preparation
Add 10 g (about 1 tablespoon) of Artemisia powder per liter to bubbling boiling water. Cover and steep on low heat for about 5 minutes. The tea st so finely ground thatyou can drink the powder with it.
Drink 1-2 liters throughout the day.
The finished tea can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, preferably in a bottle. Do not cook or store in aluminum pots or pots containing tin. Sweeten with erythritol or even better probiotic with yacon syrup.
