Hardly any other tropical fruit is currently experiencing a bigger boom than the small, dark purple berry of the açaí palm. Açaí is sustainably extracted in the Amazon Rainforest and is due to its interesting nutrient and active ingredient composition as "nature's perfect food". Due to its high concentration of anthocyanins, the small berry has the highest antioxidant capacity of all fruits worldwide. It also has an optimal fatty acid structure as well as potassium, calcium, iron and fiber.
Preparation:
Cut Juice Pads with a sharp knife, put content in blender with other juices (especially delicious with coco), milk and / or yogurt to make fresh, healthy fruit drinks, smoothies, sherbets or shakes.
* Açaí puree is uniform worldwide in three quality levels, which are based on the dry matter (since Açaí is naturally very "dry", it must for the production of fruit pulp - in contrast to all other varieties - mandatory water to be added):
