Ayurveda is the Indian system of holistic medicine and healing. In addition to a large number of other important ingredients, fenugreek contains the valuable coenzyme B12. This increases blood formation and acts as cell protection. Also, a lot of vitamin B3 is contained in fenugreek.
Scientists believe that vitamin B3, also known as nicotinic acid or trigonelline, promotes hair growth.

Application of fenugreek

As a tea: brew 1 tsp powder with boiling water, infuse for 3 min, strain, 2-3 cups daily.
The finished infusion can be stored for several days in the refrigerator, preferably in bottle. Do not cook or store in aluminum pots or tin pots. Refine with Erythritol sweetener or even better with probiotic Yacon syrup.
Use as a spice for curries or take directly with water or juice, as well as encapsulate it yourself or integrate into a herbal powder mixture.
Fenugreek seeds can be used internally and externally. Applied internally, the powder stimulates appetite. In India, it is used for hair care and taken to prevent hair loss.
You can also make poultices to put on the skin.
