A cold infusion of mistletoe herb stimulates the metabolism and has long had a place in women's health.
Mistletoe (lat. Viscum album) was considered by Pastor Kneipp to be good for the circulation. Hildegard von Bingen used it for the liver.

Important in the preparation: Always prepare only cold and always take only the herb.
Heat causes mistletoe not only to lose its effect, but also to develop weakly toxic substances (e.g., viscotoxin)

Application:
Put 1 heaped teaspoon of cut mistletoe herb in a cup of cold water and let it steep overnight.
In the morning strain and warm slightly - do not heat!
Drink in small sips.
