This green coffee specialty is the best you can get under the name Kopi Luwak!

In simple packaging, without a lot of frills, as a real, pure coffee pleasure, for self-roasting or for preparation as a green coffee pleasure:
Wash the raw coffee beans and soak overnight with plenty of water, you can prepare several servings.
The next day, stir and bring the water, including the beans, to a boil on the stove.
Then reduce the heat and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Stir every now and then.
Remove from heat and let cool for about 1 hour, then pour through a sieve and remove the beans.
The resulting coffee drink can be very strong!
Therefore, try it first and dilute as desired. The precious green Kopi Luwak is now ready to drink! If necessary, refine with sugar, honey or cardamom. Store the rest in a Flaska in the refrigerator and use within 2 - 3 days. TIP: You will achieve even better results if you use filtered or distilled water.

Caution!
Green coffee beans are very hard, unlike roasted coffee beans! They are difficult to grind. Most grinders are not suitable for this and will break on the first try. Take only a very strong grinder with a rotating beater blade (made of stainless steel), which can also be used for grinding nuts or spices.

Why are Kopi Luwak coffee beans of different sizes?
Here, as with many other things, size does not matter to the creeps. They choose coffee beans not by size, but by the best taste. It is actually a positive a quality characteristic that the beans are different sizes. This does not happen with caged farm luwaks.

See for yourself by watching this video:
Herbin Ringo Harvesting Kopi Luwak:
Luwak cats are vegetarians. Here you can see how many other fruits are in the cats ejection, it smells fruity, the smell is pleasant because it is fresh and has not yet set rot.
For wild collection is not equal to wild Collection.
