According to Bangalore- based Nutritionist, Dr. Anju Sood, ?Sabja seeds are rich in antioxidants, help in controlling diabetes and are also good for your skin. Basil seeds are hard to chew, so do not take them raw. It?s best to soak them in water before consuming, which makes them more gelatinous". * 1 tablespoon of Tukmaria seeds (soaked organic basil seeds).
Cream cheese, sugar (yacon syrup or erythritol), butter, vanilla extract, tangerine pad contents and orange peel in the blender until it is creamy and thick. Put the mass in the fridge for 1 hour. Then gently blend in the soaked organic basil seeds. Divide the mass into bowls and decorate with cocoa nibs. Enjoy the aroma and, above all, the light jelly-like bite of organic basil seeds, which are a great dessert accompaniment - a delicious fusion of delights that are healthy.
