Add about 6-10 g of Una de Gato per liter to bubbling boiling water. Continue to boil on low heat, covered, for about 10-15 minutes.

Cat's claw (Uncaria tomentosa) is a liana plant species that belongs to the redbud family. Uncaria Tomentosa has been known and appreciated by the primitive peoples of South America for centuries and is still widely used today. Due to the characteristic cat?s claw shape of the thorns, the plant is called 'Una de Gato' in Spanish vernacular, 'Cat's Claw' in English, and 'Katzenkralle' in German.
